I got J.Crew's June catalog the other day and decided to put everything I wanted in my shopping cart, just to see how much it would cost to update my tired, stretched out, milk stained, hole-filled wardrobe. With tax and shipping: $1001.46.

banana almond smoothie

It is smoothie season again. I just saw this in The New York Times online.  I am going to slice and freeze a banana tonight and have this for breakfast tomorrow. (Okay, it's now 7am the next day and I made this banana almond smoothie and it's great. I would recommend doubling the quantities so you can have a bit more for self and share some with the kids - K loves it).
